🌿🔮Yay Plants! Today we’re talking about one of my favorite plants to work with when your nerves are frazzled or you have PTSD or are just feeling activated. Oatstraw is INCREDIBLY nutrient dense and a very powerful nervine.

To make a super duper nutrient dense infusion balm for your nervous system you can infuse (aka steep) one ounce of Oatstraw in 3-4 cups of water for at least an hour and drink. Another easier way to do this, if you don’t want to make that much would be to pack an herbal tea ball with about 2 Tbsp and steep it for 20 minutes to an hour in about 16 oz of water. It has a very mild taste and goes well with most herbs. I tell you how I’ve been preparing it recently in the video.
