One thing we never waiver on here at Hawk Couture is this: These crystals are not here to heal you, you are here to heal you. Crystal jewelry can be used as talismans to bring you back to the promises you have made yourself, guides/allies as you journey through life,  or simply just beautiful adornments for your body. But you are the one doing the work along the way and we celebrate you for that! 

That being said, we will continue adding resources to this page that we personally have found to be helpful/reliable, but always use your best judgement when choosing an organization or person to connect with. In any case, reaching out for help is a testament to your bravery- nobody does this thing alone.
